HER FIRST KICK SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Rolling With Dads, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“Sponsor”), powered by Lotto. Gotham FC is not a co-sponsor and bears no legal liability for the administration of this Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entries featuring minors (under 18) must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

Sweepstakes begins on or around June 30, 2026, and all submissions must be received by 11:59pm ET on July 11, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, visit rollingwithdads.org and complete the submission form, including uploading a video (30 seconds–2 minutes in length) sharing the story of a daughter’s first experience with soccer. Limit one (1) submission per family/household.

5. VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Video must be original content created by the entrant.

Video must feature the entrant and/or their minor child(ren).

Video must not include copyrighted music, trademarked content, or third-party footage not owned by the entrant.

Video must not contain harmful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any submission at its sole discretion.

6. CONTENT USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE

By submitting a video, entrant grants Rolling With Dads a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote the submitted video and any derivative works across Rolling With Dads’ owned and operated platforms, including but not limited to its website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and any future digital properties, for purposes related to the Sweepstakes and Rolling With Dads’ mission-driven communications. Entrant retains ownership of the original content. Sponsor will credit entrants where reasonably practicable.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Ten (10) winners will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of representatives from Rolling With Dads and Lotto based on storytelling quality, emotional resonance, and alignment with the campaign’s mission of celebrating girls in sport and father-daughter connection. Winners will be announced on or around July 15, 2026 via Rolling With Dads’ social media channels and notified directly via email.

8. PRIZE

Ten (10) winners will each receive a family ticket package to the Gotham FC vs. Seattle Reign NWSL match at Icahn Stadium, New York, on July 18, 2026 at 12:00PM ET. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be determined based on face value of tickets. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize permitted, except by Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable.

9. MINOR PARTICIPANTS — PARENTAL CONSENT

If an entry features a minor under the age of 18, the submitting parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that: (a) they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor; (b) they have full authority to grant the rights described herein on behalf of the minor; and (c) the minor’s participation in this Sweepstakes and any resulting publicity is consented to.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rolling With Dads, Lotto, Gotham FC, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical malfunctions; or any injury or damage to persons or property.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and will not be sold to third parties. By entering, you consent to receive communications from Rolling With Dads. You may opt out at any time.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor that compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

13. WINNER VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via direct message or email. Winners must respond within 24 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
