Rolling With Dads x Barry’s Bootcamp

We closed out the year the way we believe dads should move into what’s next—strong, supported, and connected. On December 27, Rolling With Dads partnered with Barry’s Bootcamp South Bay and DILF (Damn, I Love Fatherhood) for an early-morning workout that brought fathers together through movement, effort, and real connection.

At 7am sharp, dads showed up ready to put in work—not just for themselves, but for their families.

What We Did

We hosted a 50-minute full-body Barry’s class led by South Bay local instructor Haley LaRosa. The workout was high-energy, challenging, and accessible—designed to push limits while reminding dads that taking care of their health is part of taking care of their people.

There were no egos in the room. Just dads training side by side, encouraging each other, and starting the day with intention.

How It Came Together

With Barry’s opening their doors and DILF bringing their fatherhood-forward energy, the space immediately felt welcoming and focused. This wasn’t about performance—it was about showing up. The combination of movement, music, and community created an environment where dads could lock in and reset together.

The Impact

Dads left energized, proud, and connected. For some, it was a return to fitness. For others, it was a reminder of what consistency and community can do. The workout sparked conversations, accountability, and momentum heading into the new year.

Why It Matters

Fatherhood requires strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Events like this reinforce that wellness isn’t optional; it’s foundational. When dads prioritize their health in community, everyone benefits—from their families to the culture they help shape.

This is how we finish strong.
